From here all elements of Database Administration
are carried out:

Database Managers Area (DbM Area)
From here all necessary Feeder Tables can
be maintained and populated. Database Registers are also available
for viewing working data.
Employees and Holiday Info
Here the user can access the main Employee
Information, view the Employee’s Holiday Status and also view
details on Ex-Employees. Ex-Employees can be re-introduced to the
books at the click of a button.
ACU2 Live
From here the ACU2 is created, simply by typing the Week Number
and selecting the Company Name:(Note: The ACU2 layout
is being changed to conform with the 2004 version)

ARC – Admin
From here the Archiving of data is controlled
and archived data may be viewed:

ACU – Archived Data
ACUs that have been archived can be recalled
simply by selecting the required ACU sheet. A print of the ACU is
available at the click of a button.
